We host many live events, on the Ubuntu Army Facebook group, aimed at supporting those amongst us suffering with mental health issues, especially prevalent during times of stress and crisis, and all too common amongst the structurally poor. Mindfulness and meditation practices are presented in an accessible, and easy-to-use format, and past live sessions, remain available on our Facebook group, and serve as a great resource for those suffering. You may have to do some digging through the many posts, but there is some very useful mental health practices, advise and instruction available.
